No. Nick works on the app or tools you already have. If a piece truly has to be rebuilt, the quote says which piece and why, before you pay anything.

Is my information safe?

It stays in your own accounts. AI drafts; you approve anything that goes to a customer. Nick checks that one customer can't see another's information before anything goes live.

What does it cost?

Every job is a fixed price, quoted in plain English after the free call. No per-seat fees.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can describe the problem, that's enough. Everything is explained in plain English, and Nick can teach you to run it yourself.
